Born in Washington, D.C. and resided in College Park, Maryland where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland in 1986.

After relocating to South Florida in 1990, he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. While attending the Art Institute, he was employed by Shuster Design Associates and remained there for 6 1/2 years.

Tony then went on to work with Michael Brosche Associates in Delray Beach until 2000 when he partnered with Lorenzo Mollicone to establish William Bernard Design Group. Tony is fluent in the process of working with contractors and owners from the blueprints and conceptualization stage, overseeing installations and finishing touches, right up until it is time to move in.
